I went for Challenge 4 better quality is a bonus, but I thought the overall difficulty was better suited for the challenge also it had the classic RE3 run heh heh

I know that I can't copyright the idea, and it'd be arrogant to say, but it just annoys me when people want to do actually do the RE Challenge, and try and do it better than us. Especially after all the work we went to filming it, editing it, uploading it, making the website for it all... Just for some newcomer to come and try and outshow us.

I wasn't aiming that at you, it was the other guy that went on about it. If you want to do RE Challenges, then that's all good. No problem. I just want people to remember that me and Nathan did the first ones, and not to forget that we invented the concept

the concept of having it online yes...the concept of re challenges period...no. and if theyre was a north american version of challenger... we would be associated with you guys... it wouldnt be a seperate thing... hopefully you guys would want it to be joined... like i said i respect you guys and this site i dont want to take anything from you...
why dont you use a vcr? or do you tape the whole thing? like even the convos you guys have? but if its just gameplay just use vcr or dvd... why a camcorder? just wondering...im interested

So we used that, and we decided it was much more fun to use as you get the updates, not just rough edited videos, with no action inbetween scenes. Now that we've worked out how to remove the interference, there's not much need to use a DVD recorder. It'd be too expensive to use around 6 DVDs for every challenge, and there's more pressure when you're being recorded for 24 hours. The people have said they like it the way it is, and it shall stay the way it is. And we are the people that founded the challenges. I mean of beating the series in the way we do it, and record it. If you can find any legitimate of someone doing the RE Challenge the way we did it, before May 2005 then I'll be very suprised...

yeah a camcorder would be better if it was recorded for the full 24 hours... i new you guys played them for 24 hours. but i wasnt aware it was trecorded that way...since i have 56k... cant watch the videos...
and i didnt mean the way you do it...like 2 guys challenging eachother to 3 different challenges in 24 hours. and recording it... thats your idea and i respect this idea alot... if i had a friend that was as dedicated as i was... i would have done something like this... my friends tell me about guys they know that are dedicated to re as much as i am...but i never met them... they just have 3 or 4 people in a basement with 4 tv and 4 systems and just race eachother at the same game... to see who can beat it the fastest... but i never met them... they live by me too...
i meant the idea of playing resident evil with a challenge... wasnt though... ive been testing myself with re games since... i dont know a long time ago...
but this site and the story behind it is ingenious...

Oh, of course we didn't invent stipulations into playing RE, that's pretty much common sense. And you realise how often you use '...' after each sentence?
